Drawings can range from a simple sketch to convince you - and perhaps the local authority planning department - that a small extension or a couple of new windows will look good as well as fulfilling their proposed function, to a full set of working drawings for a major enlargement of your building.

Since the majority of our work is carried out in Dorset, it often includes repair and refurbishment of old and/or Listed buildings. Planning and Building Regulations applications for these need particular thought and attention, often involving discussions with the local planners as to what they will, or will not, allow.
